Ray Dallavecchia III – Managing Partner
Ray is a Managing Partner and Founder of Venetian Associates where he is responsible for identifying and acquiring companies, directing strategic initiatives, and sourcing other investment opportunities.
Prior to founding Venetian Associates, Ray worked over 15 years for POOF®-Slinky®, Inc., the original manufacturer and distributor of POOF®, Slinky®, and Ideal® branded toys. His primary responsibility was to manage the sales force and directly work with many domestic and international retailers including Walmart, Disney, Barnes & Noble, Safeway, and Menard’s. While at the company Ray gained valuable experience in corporate development, manufacturing, and operations.

He and Mr. Ferner built POOF®-Slinky® into a leading U.S. toy manufacturer with global distribution. Mr. Dallavecchia holds a BA in accounting from Michigan State University. Gregory L. Fike - Partner/CFO
Greg is a Partner and Chief Financial Officer of Venetian
Associates.
Prior to joining Venetian Associates, Greg was Vice President
and CFO of Poof-Slinky, Inc. and was responsible for all accounting, reporting,
tax, insurance, employee benefit and information technology matters.
Mr. Fike holds a BA in accounting from Michigan State

Ken
Korte – Director of Business Intelligence & Analytics
Ken is Director of Business Intelligence
& Analytics for Venetian Associates, where he directs purchasing,
inventory, and production levels for all portfolio product lines. Additionally, he has the front role in developing
relational databases tracking product movement, calculating forecast metrics,
and reporting performance throughout.
Prior
to joining Venetian Associates, Ken was Sr. Sales & Operations Analyst for
Poof-Slinky, after 14 years as a Wal-Mart Category Manager for a leading
manufacturer/distributor of Patio and Outdoor Lifestyle products.
Ken
holds a BS in Economics from Eastern Michigan University
Janice
Fultz – Senior Associate
Janice is a Senior Associate with
Venetian Associates where she is responsible for mergers and acquisitions
integration support, graphic design, and marketing & sales support for
current portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Venetian Janice
worked for POOF®-Slinky®, Inc., the original manufacturer and distributor of
POOF®, Slinky®, and Ideal® branded toys. Her primary responsibilities included
sales & marketing assistance, trade show/showroom coordination, and mergers and
acquisitions integration support.
Janice graduated
with a Bachelor’s degree in Food & Nutrition from Wayne State University.
